Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the PC-24 Study app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the PC-24 Study application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PC-24 Study, operated by JLEC Ltd, a limited company registered in Jersey, Channel Islands.
PC-24 Study is an iOS application designed to assist pilots and aviation professionals in preparing for the Pilatus PC-24 type rating. The App provides study materials including limitations, systems knowledge, memory items, quizzes, and reference content.
Access to the App's full content requires an active subscription:
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal Apple device for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes.
You may not:
PC-24 Study is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or in any way associated with Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.
The App contains study content derived from publicly documented aircraft documentation for the Pilatus PC-24, including the Flight Crew Operating Manual (FCOM) and Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM). This underlying technical and procedural content originates from and remains the intellectual property of Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. PC-24 Study claims no ownership over that underlying content.
The quiz questions, original text, formatting, design, and software of the App are the original work of JLEC Ltd.
The content provided in PC-24 Study is intended for study and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for official type rating training, approved ground school, simulator sessions, or regulatory requirements.
PC-24 Study does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content in the App. Aviation regulations, procedures, and aircraft documentation are subject to change without notice. You must always refer to current official documentation and comply with your operator's procedures and applicable regulations.
PC-24 Study accepts no liability for any decisions made in flight, training, or any operational context based on content from this App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@pc24study.com.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems within 30 days.
The PC-24 Study name, logo, branding, original written content, quiz questions, app design, and software are the property of JLEC Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
As noted in Section 5, the underlying technical content derived from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd documentation is not claimed as our own.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the App may cause harm to us or others. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund; refunds remain subject to Apple's refund policy.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App and cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PC-24 Study and JLEC Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reliance on content within the App for operational or training purposes.
Our total liability to you for direct losses shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying you via the App or by email.
This App is distributed via the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms of Use are in addition to, and do not replace, Apple's EULA. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA with respect to your use of the App on Apple devices, Apple's EULA shall take precedence.
